Technical Support Specialist WHMCS )

At SureDevs, we take pride in offering world-class support to our clients. We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist who is passionate about solving problems and supporting users of our custom WHMCS modules and other software tools. Your role will involve providing prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly support via ticketing systems, live chat, and email. You’ll also help document solutions and work closely with our development team to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Requirements:
  • Good understanding of WHMCS, cPanel, and other hosting control panels

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in a technical support role

  • Familiarity with debugging tools, logs, and hosting environments

  • A proactive approach to customer service and problem-solving
